Due to the perishable nature of our foods, we do not offer and cannot accept exchanges or returns.
Warranty Information
A'Siciliana offer a limited warranty for products purchased directly from A'Siciliana or its authorized retailers. Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 30 Days from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our warranty only applies to purchases made directly through A'Siciliana or an authorized retailer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@asicilianasoda.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph. We will promptly address your concerns and, if applicable, send a replacement product. Please note that failure to contact us within this timeframe may result in our inability to replace the product.
If granted, refunds will be credited to the original payment method, which may take up to 30 days, depending on the credit card, bank, payment processor or store credit.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted if your order has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@asicilianasoda.com. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing an order. Partanna Foods is not responsible for lost or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Dispute Resolution
In the rare event of a dispute, we aim to resolve it amicably. Please contact us with any concerns, and we will do our best to reach a satisfactory resolution.
